Goodyear Integrated Medical Services
100,000 SF facility consisting of two buildings separated by a glass atrium entry. Building wings are two and three stories high. Ambulatory surgery center, radiation oncology treatment center with linear accelerator, offices and treatment rooms. Facility is situated on an 8.1 acre site on the Vanguard Hospital campus. The GC for the Project was Johnson Carlier.
