McQueen Municipal Maintenance Yard
The project consisted of five separate buildings totaling 80,000 sq. ft. of construction. The buildings consisted of: a 6,800 sq. ft. office building
a 15,000 sq. ft. fleet services vehicle maintenance building, a 22,000 sq. ft. warehouse attached to the fleet services maintenance building, a 5,600 sq. ft. water production maintenance building and a 10,000 sq. ft. traffic office building. The GC for the project was Turner Construction.
