Buckeye Union High School
The multi-phased renovation of Buckeye High School campus consisted of 114,500 sq. ft. of construction, and 6,500 sq. ft. of remodel and site development (site work, hardscape and ball fields) integrated with the 80-year-old campus. It was phased so the replacement facilities were completed before the demolition work, allowing the school to remain on-site and in session during construction. This was a CM@Risk project for Turner Construction.
