• Conduct monthly “Train the Trainer” safety classes for all Project Foremen, followed up with weekly jobsite safety meetings for all field employees.
• Conduct Pre-Construction jobsite inspections to identify & abate potential safety hazards prior to starting work.
• Identify & Provide the necessary “Safety Equipment” for each project.

CST Risk Management is a Phoenix based Safety Training & Risk Management firm that specializes in the construction field. The Safety Training that CSTRM has provided us throughout the past 10+ years has created a smarter & safer workforce for our company. In addition to the training, CSTRM performs all of our “Pre-construction” and “Work in Progress” Safety Inspections on all of our jobsites. The written Safety Policies & Procedures that CSTRM developed for our company have led to a reduction in injuries to our employees and have created a much safer work environment for all of our employees.
