Each week, all CWS Inc. field employees are required to attend a Weekly Tool Box Safety Meeting. These meetings are held at each CWS Inc. job site and are conducted by the Project Foreman. Each Safety Meeting usually covers (2) separate subjects and runs around 15 – 20 minutes in length. Some of the topics discussed are as follows:

- Substance Abuse
All employees are required to sign an attendance sheet upon the conclusion of the meeting.
